IT Support Services is now using BeyondTrust (Bomgar) secure remote control. This tool allows an ITSS Technician to view your screen and (with your permission) control your computer remotely. In a moment, the technician assisting you will provide you with a "Session Key" to enter; or instruct you to click on their name in the "Representatives" box below.

By continuing this support session you agree to the ITSS Service Agreement.

Once a secure connection is established, you will be guided through the Remote Support client installation. At the end of your support session, the Remote Support client software will uninstall automatically. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and/or download the chat transcript.
